The American School of Hypnosis was founded in 1996 to provide advanced certification in the area of hypnosis. It's graduates have gone on to become hypnotists, hypnotherapists, counselors and comedy stage hypnotists.
The Northeast chapter was founded by hypnotist and hypnotherapist John Cressman, author of Maximize Your Brain and Zero to Stage Hypnotist in 30 Days, as well as the Pocket Hypnosis series of hypnotic iPhone/iPad/iPod applications available in the Apple iTunes store. He has performed comedy hypnosis shows throughout the United States, and has taught students from all over the country.
